In order to get started, please note that the sliders have been made with two different sliding surfaces to obtain a smooth glide on most indoor floors. To use on carpet, rugs or fabric flooring, please place the INEVIFIT side up. To use on tile, hardwood, vinyl or other types of hard flooring, please place the Logo side up. For proper use ensure that your feet or hands are positioned in the center of the sliders, and use your balance to control their slide in each exercise. To get you started we have put together the Top-Five INEVIFIT Trainer recommended sliding exercises which target your core, stabilizer muscles and more! The Mountain Climbers! Get into the push-up position keeping your arms straight beneath your shoulders. Tighten your stomach and slide one knee towards your chest while keeping your body as straight as possible. Return to the starting position and repeat the movement with your other leg. Go for a set number of reps or set period time. The Slider Knee Tucks! Get into the push up position keeping your arms straight beneath your shoulders. Tighten your stomach and slide both knees up until they are right underneath your belly button while keeping your body as straight as possible. Return to the starting position and repeat the movement. Go for a set number of reps or set period time. The Pike Slides! Get into the push up position keeping your arms straight beneath your shoulders. Tighten your core and thrust your hips up as you maintain your knees locked. Your head should be in line with your body so that you are looking towards your feet, in the pike position. Return to the starting position and repeat the movement. Go for a set number of reps or set period time. The Hamstring Curl! Lay on your back with your knees bent and place your heels on the center of the sliders. Raise your hips & tighten your core to get in the starting position. Keeping your body straight, slide your heels down only bending at your knees. Once your legs are fully extended, slide your heels back to the starting position and repeat the movement. Go for a set number of reps or set period of time. The Sliding Side Lunge! Stand with one foot on a sliding disc and the other planted on the ground. Push your hips back and slide the disc out to your side while lowering your hips and bending your other knee. Raise your arms in front of you on the way down, and keep your weight on the heel of your planted foot. Once your bent leg reaches 90 degrees, stand up by sliding your foot back to the starting position and repeat the movement. Go for an equal number to repetitions on each side.
