Getting Started

Step 1: Place the appropriate side on the ground depending on the type of flooring to obtain a smooth slide.

Step 2: Place your feet or hands (varies on exercise) centered on the slider and use your balance to control the slide.

*Avoid: Dirty, Wet, or Sticky Surfaces

-Mountain Climbers
-Slider Knee Tucks
-Pike Slides
-Hamstring Curls
-Sliding Lunges
